What is the minimum line width/spacing you can manufacture?
Our standard capability is 0.15mm/0.15mm line/space. Advanced capability down to 0.075mm/0.075mm is available for high-density designs with proper DFM review.
What is the maximum number of layers?
We can manufacture PCBs up to 32 layers for standard designs. For specialty high-layer counts, please contact our engineering team for specific capabilities.
